Consider this, we've succeeded into a New Year. Let's look at it with a positive attitude. 2011 can bring us all prosperity. Here on the Eastern Shore, the weak economy has shown its ugly side. Most property values dropped affecting residents, investors, vacationers, builders, contractors, retailers, and yes... Realtors.
